- My customer is on vacation, can you ship the items from their Wish List to them directly?
Yes. We are happy to ship products to your retail customer at any location after you confirm that you have received payment from them.
- I am a retailer and I’d like to teach one of your kits as a class in my shop. How much lead time do you need for delivering the kits for the class?
About 30 days. However, I like to handle classes in the following manner: I prefer that you tell me what the maximum number of students is that you will sign-up for the class and I will have that many kits on hand. For example, if you can only accommodate ten students, I will have ten kits ready. That way, you can sign-up students up to the last minute and you don’t have to give me a hard count until about a week prior to the event. If you only sign up (7) students, I will send you only the number of kits you need; you aren’t committed to all ten kits but we are both prepared for the maximum. To recap, please let me know as soon as you are thinking of scheduling a class so I have time to order canvases or supplies if needed and I will prepare enough kits to accommodate the maximum number of students you might sign up!
- I am a retailer and I’d like to schedule a Bella Donna Trunk Show at my shop. Can you send me information on the requirements?
Yes! Please contact us to request copies of Trunk Show contracts. We will contact you personally to discuss availability in your area.
- Do you have a print catalog available?

- I previously purchased a canvas that I now see is available with a stitch guide or as a kit. Can I purchase just the stitch guide or just the thread pack for that canvas?
Yes. Though you cannot order those items through the web site, contact us and explain exactly what you need and I will send it your local shop. For example, indicate that you just need the stitch guide or thread pack and indicate the design number. I define a thread pack as all the threads, needles and embellishments that you would ordinarily get in the completely kitted version of a design— just not the canvas.
